FireCapture is a free JAVA-based software package primarily intended for planetary and lunar image capture.
It supports (or will) different kind of cameras and comes with a set of filters for pre-processing incomming frames. It supports calculation of ephemerides, effective focal-length and resolution.
Free application functioning both as a video player and a screen capture tool.
